UFC last night was AWESOME! All of the fights were TIGHT and it was probably the best UFC in the last 5! A few of us who haven't hung out in literally years, hung out afterward until WAY, WAY late. I didn't get to bed until around 3 A.M.<br /> I ate terrible and need to do all fruit and vegetable today. I'll need to grab a fruit item or two before I hit work.<br /> It was as good or better a time as Fridays hang out with Shelby. BTW, One of the things that his Dad, Mike, said was "Shelby kept sayin' how sorry he was about venting about his ex-girlfriend (it was A BAD DEAL because of her abusive up bringing and she's kinda not all there in the noggin... you wouldn't know this initially, though), but he said 'I think Mark actually liked it'." Yea, I actually did, as sick as that is, it was great to have Shelby vent. I hate 'injustice', and hearing Shelby get stuff out was actually kinda fun. I won't get into the 'why' or 'how' of that, it just was.<br /> Well, it's a couple of minutes to 11 and I need to be at work in an hour and still have a stop or two to make... better 'skedaddle'!
